ABOUT MUSTARDS
Mustards is a locally owned restaurant, taproom, and wine bar in downtown New Philadelphia, Ohio.
We serve house-made, stacked sandwiches, charcuterie, small plates, pizza, and Saturday brunch in a relaxed, welcoming space built for gathering.
Behind every plate and pint at Mustards is the teamwork of Chef Rachel and Tony Montero. Rachel leads the kitchen with a mix of creativity and comfort, combining familiar flavors with fresh ingredients, while Tony runs the front of house with equal parts sarcasm and expertise. Together, they’ve built Mustards into a place where the food is always good, the drinks are poured just right, and the company is even better.

OUR STORY
Mustards started with a simple idea: create a place where good food, good drinks, and good company naturally come together.
From the beginning, we’ve focused on food that feels generous and approachable — sandwiches that are stacked, plates meant to be shared, and a menu that works just as well for a quick lunch as it does for a slow evening with friends. Just fresh, thoughtful food and drinks, done well.

Our dining room features large picture windows overlooking downtown New Philadelphia, creating a bright, relaxed atmosphere throughout the day. It’s a space that works for many moods — casual lunches, unhurried dinners, weekend brunch, and evenings spent sharing plates and conversation. Comfortable, open, and right in the heart of downtown New Phila.
